DESCRIPTION

KANSA WAND 100% TEAK WOOD FOR AYURVEDIC FACIAL MASSAGE

Kansa Wand is an ancient Ayurvedic tool used for more than 5,000 years known for its gift of stimulating lymphatic drainage, gently massaging, toning the skin and stimulating the marma (acupressure points) that balance and harmonize our mind, our senses and our skin, balances the skin's pH, reduces swelling, relaxes, improves skin elasticity, promotes lymphatic drainage, eliminates toxins, improves blood circulation. The feeling of well-being is immediate and long-term, it makes the skin look much brighter, rested and healthy.

Kansa Wand is made of teak wood and Kansa metal, a mix of copper and pewter. Ancient wisdom states that this metal is more healing than gold or silver and helps increase the healing ability of the skin.

According to Ayurveda, copper benefits the eyes, hair, and heart, while tin helps balance digestion and sleep patterns. The wooden handle makes it easy to grip and makes it easy to leverage.

Through the power of copper, the Kansa Wand helps cleanse the skin, renewing it, smoothing fine lines, calming the eye area, relieving stress contained in the jawline and cheeks, and relaxing the neck, shoulders and other areas of the body. It is believed to help combat acne, dark circles and dull skin, as it promotes lymphatic drainage.

Kansa Wand, an Ayurvedic massager known for its detoxifying properties, helps purify the skin, increases blood circulation and makes the skin soft and smooth.

HOW IS IT USED?

Kansa Wand is used to massage the marma or energy point.

First apply a few drops of your favorite oil or serum to clean skin.

Copper is a healing metal that will enhance the function of an antioxidant-rich serum or oil, while gently massaged. Perform the massage with the metal part on your face in circular, ascending, zig zag movements or tracing the infinity symbol.

On some occasions it can produce a greyish tone effect which means that the skin is detoxifying and it disappears easily when rinsed with water.

In some Internet sites they comment:

"The Kansa Wand provides gentle friction to the facial muscles that helps remove acidity from the tissues. In fact, when used on the face, oils often turn gray or black if acids are present on the skin."

“The gentle friction helps remove acidity from fabrics (probably one of the reasons used oil sometimes turns gray or black).”

"The skin should be thoroughly cleansed before applying the oil and beginning the massage. When the skin is more acidic, the oil turns gray. This can be a sign of stress or makeup with a low pH, the result of working with products chemicals".

PLEASE NOTE: When using the kansa, the oil may darken and leave dark marks due to the effect of expelled toxins and internal heat. These are easily removed.
